Welcome to the Space.Travel website. This Website is provided solely to assist members
in gathering and sharing travel information, posting opinions of travel related
issues, engaging in interactive travel forums, posting recommendations and
tips, and posting photos and videos. The terms “we”, “us”,
“our”, “Space.Travel” and “ST” refer to Space.Travel,
a Sole Propietorship. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting
the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your
acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices
set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or
using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement, just

Space.Travel welcomes members to describe their travel
experiences, upload content and share their travel experiences through our chat
rooms, discussion forums, and blogs. We have the most personalized and
interactive space tourism community on the Internet thanks to our outstanding
members. We believe that the only way to maintain our quality membership is to
keep our members informed about the policies of Space.Travel.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that
(i) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current
and complete, (ii) if you have a Space.Travel account, you will safeguard your
account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any
use of your account by anyone other than you and (iii) you are 13 years of age
or older in order to register for an account and contribute to our
website. Space.Travel does not knowingly
collect the information of anyone under the age of 13. We retain the right at
our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services
we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for

Cancellation of Membership
Membership to the Space.Travel website can be cancelled at
any time by requesting it through your profile page or by sending us a request
in writing to the contact@space.travel
email address. There are no refunds
given for any reason for cancellation of our membership services.

be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the
control of Space.Travel to intercept or access transmissions or private
communications unlawfully. While we
strive to protect your personal information, Space.Travel cannot ensure or

or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Space.Travel liable for any mistakes,

membership benefits and features, to let you know of urgent problems on our

messages to a minimum. If you elect not
to receive our e-mail messages by removing yourself from our mailing list, you
forfeit ALL of your Space.Travel membership benefits.
The profile information that you submit to Space.Travel
remains your property, but by submitting that information to Space.Travel you
grant Space.Travel the right to use that information for internal marketing to Space.Travel
affiliates, members and direct e-mail marketing by Space.Travel. In addition, Space.Travel reserves the right
to release current or past member information in the event Space.Travel
believes that the membership is being or has been used in violation of this
User Agreement or to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or
when Space.Travel deems it necessary or appropriate. By agreeing to the
conditions of this User Agreement, you hereby consent to disclosure of any
record or communication to any third party when Space.Travel, in its sole
discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate. For additional information, please refer to

INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS
We reserve the right to monitor and to investigate any
complaints regarding any Content of Space.Travel members’ pages, message-board
postings, or any chat room statements and to take the appropriate action if
Space.Travel finds any violation of this User Agreement. In the case of any such complaint,
Space.Travel reserves the right to remove the Content complained of while the
Space.Travel member and the complaining party attempt to resolve their
dispute. Space.Travel is the final
arbiter of what IS and IS NOT allowed on our site. Further, Space.Travel
reserves the right to modify or remove anything submitted to Space.Travel, and
to cancel any membership, at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Space.Travel is not obliged to maintain back-up copies of any material
