space flight gear

I attended Space Camp in Alabama, many years ago.  The experience was amazing.  Be warned however, there is a lot of "work" involved.  You need to study a lot of different manuals on things and your teammates are really depending on you.  So, if you are looking for a passive type of experience this isn't for you.  However if you want a unique one and are willing to work a little, it can be one of the greatest experiences of your life.  When I was there the simulators of the Shuttle we used were cool but a little outdated.  Good to see there are plans by Space Camp to update with new simulators.  Maybe I'll go back one day!
